Return Policy

Due to the personalised nature of my gifts they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged as they have been made with your specific personalisation and therefore I am unable to re-sell them.

If your gift arrives damaged, please let me know straight away and I will happily replace or refund it after you have sent me a photo.
