Delivery Methods
We use trusted UK carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Depending on your order, your parcel may be shipped via:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3–5 working days)
- Amazon Logistics Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)
- Evri Tracked delivery standard
Countries We Ship To
At present, we only ship our personalised gifts within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
All orders include free tracked postage and packaging within the UK. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
All personalised items are made to order. The times below refer to dispatch (processing) times before your order is shipped:
- Hand Personalised Christmas Decorations: 2 working days
- Engraved Glassware: 3 working days
- Personalised Children’s Books: 5 working days
- All other personalised gifts: 4 working days
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on the carrier.
Late or Delayed Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated time frames, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at caleligifts@outlook.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I collect from you?
We operate as an online store only, so we are unable to offer in-person collection. All orders are delivered directly to your chosen address for convenience and security.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number details, including the delivery carrier and tracking number. You can use these details to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website. Please note that some services, such as Royal Mail,may only update tracking at key stages (for example - delivery or attempted delivery)
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived with the dexpected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us at info@caleligifts.com and we will be happy to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please include your order number when contacting us. We kindly ask that any non-delivery claims are reported within 30 days of purchase.
