It is really simple! Click on the gift you want, add your personalisation details there then go to the checkout page.

 

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

Most gifts are sent using the Royal Mail tracked 48hr service. The majority of the engraved glassware is sent using Amazon Logistics UK tracking. Dispatch times vary depending on the item - most are within 3-4 working days, personalised books are normally 5-7 working days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No unfortunately at the moment CalEli Gifts is only selling within the U.K. Thanks for your understanding.

How can I track my order?

All gifts are sent tracked, when your order is dispatched you will receive the tracking details. Please note The Royal Mail now only update their tracking when an item is delivered/delivery attempted.
