A miscommunication between myself and the seller has led to me receiving an item that does not read properly and has a comma in the wrong place. The seller has been rude and unhelpful not even acknowledging the fact I offered to pay for the item to be sent back and corrected. It is difficult to add the message you want on the item without it potentially being misinterpreted. Despite the seller being rude and unhelpful and leaving me with an item that I cannot gift because she’s a “small business owner” the actual quality of the item is very poor, the print on the vase is very weak and generally looks unprofessional, for £17 I was expecting a much better item, I’d avoid this seller at all costs and look elsewhere, as if there is any miscommunication you’ll be made to pay. Shame you can’t leave less than 1 star
